Terms of service

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

("Seller", "we", "our", or "us")

and

The customer placing an order through the Zeyron Studio website ("Customer" or "Buyer").

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale, production, payment, delivery, and after-sales services of products purchased through the Zeyron Studio online store.

3. Products

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

Since many of our products are manufactured according to customer specifications, slight production tolerances may occur.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected store currency.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping charges may be calculated separately depending on the customer's location.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

5. Order Confirmation

An order becomes valid only after payment has been successfully completed.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance if the order cannot be fulfilled due to pricing errors, stock availability, fraud prevention, or legal restrictions.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed by approved third-party payment providers.

Zeyron Studio does not store full payment card information.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized.

7. Production

Most Zeyron Studio products are custom manufactured.

Production begins after:

Payment is confirmed
Artwork has been uploaded
Product options have been selected

Production times displayed on the website are estimated and may vary during peak periods.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Zeyron Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees that:

Uploaded artwork belongs to them or they have permission to use it.
Files are accurate and ready for printing.
Product selections have been reviewed before completing the purchase.
Shipping information is correct.

Zeyron Studio is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

10. Custom Products

Because our products are manufactured specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

Custom products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or produced incorrectly due to our error.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the artwork they upload.

By placing an order, the customer grants Zeyron Studio a limited license to use the submitted artwork solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering the ordered products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeyron Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total purchase price paid for the affected order.
